Shipping is free. Orders exceeding $500 will require signature confirmation upon receipt. Orders are usually shipped out within 1 business day.
Due to the nature of this product, we only accept returns for unopened items that are damaged during transit. We will issue a refund or replacement for items damaged items during shipment. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us for a free consultation with our team of clinical pharmacists. We will do our very best to make recommendations for your specific needs.
Replacement for Damaged Items
To be eligible for replacement of damaged items, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at to notify us of the damage. We will respond within 5 days with further instructions. We do not issue return postage or labels; it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping of the damaged product. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your replacement. If approved, your replacement item will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
